Maintain a vessel fleet at Moutcha Bay Resort while applying professional maintenance expertise in a scenic West Coast setting. Live onsite full time during summer and partially through winter.

Nootka Marine Adventures seeks a Fleet Mechanic with at least five years of qualified vessel maintenance experience. You will inspect, maintain, and repair vessels while coordinating priorities around parts, locations, and business needs. The work also includes land vehicle and machinery repairs when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled vessel fleet inspections and repairs
- Prioritize tasks around parts, vessel locations, and business needs
- Complete spring vessel rig-up and fall winterization
- Maintain the dry boat storage facility
- Communicate fleet challenges and issues to marine staff

Requirements:

- Minimum five years professional vessel maintenance experience
- Driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Experience driving a tractor
- Basic computer skills and independent work ability
- Yamaha training preferred; vehicle maintenance experience an asset
