This Insurance Consultant role supports project transactions across commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure, energy, and other industries. You will review insurance documentation, assess financing requirements, and advise clients through changing market and regulatory conditions. The work involves lenders, brokers, legal teams, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review insurance and risk management documentation before and after closing
- Identify coverage gaps, exclusions, limitations, and exposure areas
- Confirm insurance programs meet lender and regulatory requirements




- Advise clients on market conditions and risk management practices
- Monitor certificates, renewals, regulations, pricing trends, and emerging risks

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of commercial insurance experience
- Experience with complex, large-scale accounts across major industries
- Solid understanding of financing transactions and insurance policies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
