As an SEO Strategist, HVAC, you set the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking story for each client. You guide crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture while coordinating writers and AI-generated drafts. The work spans organic and AI search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical SEO roadmaps for HVAC client accounts
- Improve crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
- Optimize visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Explicit spoken English for live calls with US clients
- HVAC or multi-location SEO experience strongly preferred
