Welcome guests at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise as a Bellperson using luggage delivery, hotel knowledge, and skilled service. Work permanently in Banff National Park.

As a Bellperson with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will greet arriving guests and create a professional sense of welcome. You will support guest orientation, lobby service, valet parking, and item delivery. The position requires physical capability and an Alberta Class 4 driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver guest luggage, messages, and items throughout the property
- Personalize room orientations professionally, warmly, and engagingly
- Represent the property and brand in the lobby
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles as a valet attendant
- Address concerns and notify the Manager on Duty

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Class 4 driver’s license or equivalent
- Current driver’s abstract without serious demerit points
- Physical capability to meet the position’s demands
- CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
