Support recruitment and employee relations as a Human Resources Generalist with MNP’s on-site Regional Human Capital team in Winnipeg. Build talent programs with purpose.

As a Generalist, you will advise team members and leaders across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will support strategies and processes that attract, develop, train, and retain talent at MNP, a Canadian accounting, tax, and business advisory firm. Three years of human resources experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct role evaluations and manage candidate experiences
- Produce offers and complete reference checks
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding logistics
- Maintain employee records, payroll, and HRIS updates
- Support policies, compliance, employee relations, and performance management

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education with human resources accreditation
- Completed or pursuing CPHR designation
- Three years of human resources experience
- Skilled services experience considered an asset
- Flexibility to travel as necessary
