Drive print inventory performance at Indigo through SAP replenishment management, demand forecasting, and omni-channel analysis. Support product availability across stores, online, and distribution centres.

The Inventory Analyst, Print manages inventory to meet business performance goals and customer experience. This analyst allocates new books, forecasts omni-channel demand, and provides business insights. The position also improves margins, inventory productivity, and forecast accuracy through analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate current books to anticipated customer demand
- Forecast omni-channel customer demand and review exceptions
- Maintain SAP replenishment parameters across inventory channels




- Manage returns and required vendor reorders
- Resolve store inventory problems within service agreements

Requirements:

- Two to three years of analytical inventory management experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- University or college degree in a related program
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
