The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager across overall store operations. You will help establish Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and maintain merchandising and inventory standards. All responsibilities follow Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Prior retail experience required
- Prior management experience required
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Stand and walk for more than eight hours
- Climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
