The Retail Experience Lead oversees daily operations and supervises staff during assigned shifts. This role maintains store presentation, supports cashiers, and provides product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the retail store, activating and deactivating alarms
- Supervise staff and assist cashiers during assigned shifts
- Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and front-of-house organization
- Deliver customer service, product knowledge, and sales information
- Escalate employee issues and customer complaints to store managers

Requirements:

- Two years of retail industry experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in all aspects of customer service
- Cash management and security alarm system familiarity
- Provincial Cannabis Certification and explicit criminal record
