Support building operations at Great Canadian Entertainment through equipment monitoring and maintenance across a 24-hour facility. Flexible evening and weekend shifts are required.

As an Assistant Building Operator, you will support the Building Operator under the Director of Facilities or designate. Your work covers daily operations, preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and building automation. You will help maintain asset integrity, respond to service demands, and support protected, compliant operations throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily operations and maintenance programs with the Building Operator
- Complete rounds, record readings, and document equipment irregularities
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and equipment repairs




- Monitor power distribution and building automation alarms
- Respond to service requests and record completed maintenance work

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- One or more years of related experience preferred
- First Aid and Building Environmental Systems Class 2 required
- Power tools experience and Microsoft Office skills
- Availability for on-call, emergency, evening, and weekend shifts
