Perform general radiology and portable examinations at Cardston Health Centre, applying technical expertise and radiation safety skills. This temporary part time position includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

As a Medical Radiation Technologist I, you will support Diagnostic Imaging in an acute care facility serving southwestern Alberta. You will interpret physician requisitions, prepare patients, and produce diagnostic images for physician and radiologist review. The work includes general and portable radiography, mobile and surgical suite examinations, and fluoroscopy where required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform standard technical radiological imaging examinations
- Complete general and portable radiography procedures
- Conduct mobile and surgical suite examinations




- Prepare and assess patients before examinations
- Assist with equipment care and maintenance

Requirements:

- Diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist program
- Active or eligible ACMDTT registration
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- Strong radiation safety and general radiology technical skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure
