Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Safely operate high-reach forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage orders efficiently.
- RF Scanning: Scan inventory and update system records in real time.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers safely.
- Safety Inspections: Perform daily pre-shift equipment checks and maintain a safe workspace.
- Team Support: Assist with manual tasks like palletizing and shrink-wrapping.

Qualifications

- Active Forklift License: Valid certification for Reach, Counterbalance, Order Picker, or Combilift.
- 1+ Years Experience: Proven track record operating forklifts and handling shipping/receiving.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled with RF scanners, order picking, packing, and inventory systems.
- Physically Fit: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for full shifts.
- Indoor & Outdoor Yard Work:



Able to comfortably perform tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable & Local: Punctual and available for immediate full-time shifts in Milton, ON.
