Teach Grade 6, 7, and 8 French Immersion at St. Thomas Aquinas C.S. with native-like French fluency and Junior/Intermediate qualifications.

This temporary LTO teaching assignment runs from January 4, 2027, through June 30, 2027, subject to the incumbent teacher’s return. The successful candidate will teach Grade 6/7/8 French Immersion within the Durham Catholic District School Board. Applicants must hold Ontario College of Teachers certification in valuable standing, Junior/Intermediate Qualifications, and French as a Second Language, Part 1.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Grade 6/7/8 French Immersion classes
- Deliver instruction during the temporary LTO assignment
- Support students at St. Thomas Aquinas C.S.

Requirements:

- Ontario College of Teachers certification in good standing
- Junior/Intermediate Qualifications
- French as a Second Language, Part 1
- Native-like French fluency
- Certified teaching experience for salary-grid placement
