As a Painter, you will enhance the appearance, quality, and value of multi-family residential communities. The work includes surface preparation, painting, protective coatings, aesthetic maintenance, and touch-ups. You will also manage materials, maintain safe workspaces, and respond to changing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete interior and exterior painting projects across residential properties
- Sand, scrape, patch, clean, and remove old paint
- Apply paints, primers, and protective coatings to building surfaces




- Perform aesthetic maintenance and touch-ups across the portfolio
- Coordinate priorities with the Renovations Lead and maintain standards

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of professional painting experience
- Required commercial painting and exterior building experience
- Experience with balconies, line painting, and low-rise residential properties
- Ability to work safely at heights and lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and Canadian work eligibility
