The Counsellor oversees service delivery within Day Treatment classrooms. The work ensures individual treatment plans are consistently applied using therapeutically sound principles. The Counsellor coordinates implementation with teams and supports staffing needs across the program.

Requirements:

- Social Service Worker Diploma or Child and Youth Worker Certificate
- Two years’ practical experience with children, youth, and families
- Knowledge of collaborative goal setting and treatment planning
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Current Emergency First Aid CPR C and AED certification
