Village Farms International seeks an Assistant Grower for its full time Cultivation team. You will support crop health and quality through crop care, fertilizer inventory, pest management, and climate control systems. The position contributes to cultivation standards, operational efficiency, and accurate plant records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support irrigation, nutrients, and environmental conditions for healthy crops
- Train crop laborers and monitor work quality
- Set up and document crop trials
- Register plants weekly and enter inventory data
- Monitor pests, diseases, and greenhouse systems

Requirements:

- Two or more years in agriculture or cultivation
- Horticulture education or related training is an asset
- Understanding of greenhouse controls, preferably Priva
- Basic plant nutrition and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
