As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable products and services. You will complete transactions, open accounts, offer credit, identify wealth referrals, and support financial well-being. Strong communication, financial industry knowledge, and Member Experience focus are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete accurate front-line transactions for daily banking needs
- Open Member accounts and promote suitable financial solutions
- Provide investment advice and credit recommendations within approval limits
- Refer opportunities to Wealth, Small Business,



and Mobile Mortgage partners
- Participate in branch and community engagement activities

Requirements:

- Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Robust computer systems knowledge and virtual technology comfort
- Effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services sales experience is an asset
