The Electrician role with the City of Vancouver involves performing a range of skilled electrical tasks for facilities, street lighting, and traffic signal systems. The incumbent may supervise less complex work and must adapt to shift patterns including evenings and weekends with a differential.

Qualifications include a Grade 12 plus recognized electrical apprenticeship, Red Seal or BC Trades Qualification, and relevant experience with traffic signals and street lighting.
