The position leads compliant proposals, qualifications, and pre-positioning materials for priority pursuits. It collaborates with Water Business Line leadership and pursuit teams while managing multiple deadlines and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise water marketing specialists and manage the team proposal schedule
- Develop win strategies using marketing intelligence and customer concerns
- Lead Go/No-Go, readiness, capture planning, and positioning activities
- Write executive summaries, management approaches, and staffing sections




- Review compliance and facilitate color team reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Six years of related experience; eight to ten preferred
- Experience leading teams through change, complexity, and performance improvement
- Robust proposal writing, editing, grammar, and style skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative tools
