Accuracy-focused Pricing Specialist managing Excel-based pricing updates, contracts, and account setup across changing daily priorities. This position reports to the Pricing Supervisor.

The Pricing Specialist supports business pricing accuracy across ADDs, contracts, customer accounts, and regional grids. The work includes reviewing costs, applying approved adjustments, maintaining fixed pricing, and coordinating changes with the Pricing Analyst. Solid organization and internal customer service skills are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Upload daily posted pricing changes into the ADDs system
- Review account setup, pricing, contracts, costs, and margins
- Maintain regional pricing grids and distribute approved updates
- Audit fixed pricing, hedging,



and fixed price programs
- Process system logs and coordinate pricing notifications

Requirements:

- Community college diploma or equivalent applicable qualification
- At least three years administrative or financial experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and reporting skills
- Organization, multitasking, and changing-priority management abilities
- ADD ERP exposure and pricing experience are advantages
