As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will examine products, processes, equipment, and records against legislation, customer specifications, and quality procedures. Your work supports food safety, identifies defects, and prevents nonconforming materials from entering the supply chain. You will monitor mixing production, personnel practices, allergens, and critical control points.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect operating equipment before mixing production start-up
- Monitor production processes and personnel GMP practices
- Check allergens, chemical percentages, temperatures,



and critical control points
- Inspect materials, products, packaging, coding, and specifications
- Segregate nonconforming product and place it on QC Hold

Requirements:

- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work rotational eight to ten hour shifts
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation or own vehicle highly recommended
- Positive, adaptable, quality-driven approach to assigned tasks
