WinSport in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an Advisor Team & Culture to cover maternity leave for up to 18 months. The role partners with department leaders to implement priorities in performance, compensation and talent management, while ensuring policy compliance.

You will lead recruitment and onboarding, develop trainings, coach leaders on employee relations, and support wellness and engagement programs as part of a team-oriented HR team.
