Trillium Health Partners seeks Registered Nurses for the 2J Cardiovascular Unit. You will support post-operative cardiac and vascular surgery patients through progression pathways and discharge education. The work includes interdisciplinary collaboration, nursing care management, and patient-centered partnership models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care for cardiac patients
- Support post-operative cardiac and vascular surgery patients
- Contribute to progression pathways and discharge education
- Serve as practitioner, consultant, and educator




- Follow nursing standards and THP best practices

Requirements:

- Register in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Cardiovascular surgery experience required and considered an asset
- Complete Coronary Care 1 or commit within six months
- Complete a cardiac or ECG rhythm interpretation course
- Demonstrate decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
