As a Business Analyst on Stantec’s Business Process Management team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Management. You will translate stakeholder needs into system solutions while modeling processes, conducting workshops, and supporting testing and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Capture business decisions and detailed requirements
- Analyze processes for pain-points, gaps, and improvements
- Conduct workshops and refine system solutions




- Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of related experience
- Post-secondary degree in Business or Management Information Systems preferred
- Strong verbal, written, team-oriented, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with agile and waterfall development practices
