Lead guest services at Whistler Olympic Park in Callaghan Valley, coordinating teams, programs, campground operations, and memorable visitor experiences year-round.

As Supervisor, Guest Services, you provide daily leadership to Guest Services and campground teams. You will coordinate bookings, recreational activities, seasonal campground operations, rentals, retail, and guest concerns. The position is regular full time, year-round, with evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, schedule, and support Guest Services and campground teams
- Coordinate bookings, recreational activities, and campground operations
- Support inventory, point-of-sale processes, and cash reconciliation

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and computer skills with scheduling or reservation systems
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and outdoor weather conditions
