As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, you support planning, leading, and performing tasks across major fulfilment areas. You help make IKEA products available by following routines, supporting customer availability, and minimizing operational costs. The work includes supervising assigned processes and identifying improvement potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and leading major fulfilment responsibilities
- Pick, pack, unload, load, and replenish goods
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe fulfilment environments
- Ensure safety requirements and procedures are followed
- Supervise daily processes and identify improvement potential
Requirements:
- University degree and one year related experience
- Or minimum three years of related experience
- Ability to support fulfilment operations goals
- Commitment to following daily routines and procedures
- Ability to support proper training across functions
