Lead high-volume distribution operations at The Home Depot Canada in Mississauga, using daily planning, team leadership, and problem resolution skills. This position requires flexible shifts.

The Operations Department Manager provides front-line leadership for day-to-day activities across assigned departments and shifts. You will develop work plans, assign tasks, monitor goals, coach Associates, and support safety, service, people, and cost objectives. The role partners with the GM and AGMs to cascade operational strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams toward site performance measures and objectives
- Develop weekly plans and assign tasks fairly
- Set goals, monitor progress, and adjust operations




- Coach Associates and administer corrective action
- Resolve customer issues and reinforce safety procedures

Requirements:

- Three years of distribution management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred
- Experience with automated distribution centres is an asset
- SAP ERP or Manhattan WMS experience is an asset
- Availability for adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays
