Lammle’s Assistant Store Manager brings Western hospitality, sales leadership, and customer service to every retail interaction. Lead confidently on the sales floor.

This retail management role supports daily operations while delivering the authentic Lammle’s Experience. You will build customer relationships, drive sales performance, and develop high-performing teams. Product knowledge, merchandising, coaching, and operational accountability are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the Lammle’s Experience
- Lead sales-floor relationships and support sales performance
- Support daily operations, policies, and operational standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Coach teams on products, merchandising, and selling techniques

Requirements:

- Two to three years of retail management experience
- Experience in a high-volume retail setting preferred
- Passion for Western wear and culture
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
