This Management and Sales Training Program prepares you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. During training, you will learn sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. You will collaborate with store management, support business strategy, and serve commercial and retail customers. Successful completion of the initial eight-week training may lead to an Assistant Store Manager position.

Requirements:
- At least eighteen years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the employment country
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- College or University Diploma or Degree by program start
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
