The One-on-One Support Worker works directly with a Hope’s Home child requiring complex medical and behavioral support. This position builds a warm, caring, trusting, and responsive relationship through daily interaction. The worker collaborates with the Hope’s Home team and outside professionals to support the child’s learning, growth, and full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work one-on-one with a Hope’s Home child
- Build a warm, caring, trusting relationship
- Maintain responsive daily interaction with the child
- Help create the child’s individualized program
- Help implement the individualized program with others

Requirements:

- Ability to support complex medical needs
- Ability to support complex behavioral needs
