Drive specialty leasing at Square One through prospecting and logistics coordination while supporting the Senior Manager and revenue objectives. This role is based at Square One.

As Specialty Leasing Coordinator, you will support prospecting, tenant acquisition, renewals, and the large-scale storage program. You will coordinate activations, pop-ups, tenant logistics, agreements, budgets, and communications across Legal, RDC, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting. Your work supports annual NOI targets and Square One’s brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support prospecting, new tenant acquisition, and successful activations
- Manage storage budgets, renewals, expirations, tours, and logistics
- Coordinate tenant activities from site visits through move-out
- Liaise with Legal, RDC, Marketing,



Operations, and Accounting
- Prepare agreements, documentation, budgets, trackers, and pitch decks

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Sales
- Three years in shopping centre retail or five years related sales
- Effective communication skills in a diverse setting
- Strong relationship-building abilities with tenants and clients
- Understanding of retail trends and brands
