Draft commercial leases and manage legal files as a Paralegal with Tidan, working fully in office in downtown Montreal near McGill Metro Station.

This permanent, full-time position supports Tidan’s two-lawyer legal team. You will administer commercial leasing matters, maintain corporate records, and support real estate transactions and financing. French and English drafting, legal research, and independent file management are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft leases, renewals, amendments, assignments, and related documents
- Review clauses and flag deviations requiring lawyer review
- Manage leasing files through execution and coordinate communications
- Prepare demand letters and contractual notices under supervision




- Maintain corporate minute books and prepare resolutions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant paralegal experience
- Substantial experience drafting and administering commercial leases
- DEC or AEC in Paralegal Technology or Legal Techniques
- Excellent legal drafting skills in French and English
- Ability to manage multiple files independently and meet deadlines
