- Manage family law litigation files independently.
- Advise clients on divorce, custody, support, and property division.
- Draft agreements, court documents, and legal correspondence.
- Represent clients at motions, conferences, and trials.
- Build client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- 3+ years of family law litigation experience.
- Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
- Strong litigation, advocacy, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Willingness to attend in-person client consultations in St. Catharines, ON.
- Existing book of business is an asset but not mandatory.
