Support flight reservations in Toronto using airline booking knowledge, fare rules, and accurate customer service. This is a full-time position.
The Flight Reservations Ticketing Specialist handles searches, reservations, ticket changes, and airline booking follow-up. The position sits within the Travel & Tourism department and reports to the relevant department manager. Airline reservations or GDS experience is preferred for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight searches for customer travel requirements
- Complete flight reservations using airline booking processes
- Process ticket changes accurately and efficiently
- Apply fare rules during reservation and ticketing activities
- Follow up with airlines about bookings
Requirements:
- Airline reservations experience is preferred
- GDS experience is preferred
- Solid accuracy in reservation and ticketing work
- Strong customer service skills
- Eligibility and work authorization meeting position requirements
