Alberta Health Services in Airdrie seeks a Palliative Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide direct nursing care and case management in a community setting from the IHC-04-Airdrie program. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will work with an inter-qualified team to assess needs, develop and coordinate care plans, and promote continuity of care for patients and families.
Applicants must hold an accredited nursing degree, CRNA registration eligibility, and BCLS-HCP.
