Lakefield Foodland in Ontario is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the daily operations of our Bakery Department. You’ll oversee merchandising, product quality, inventory, and department performance while ensuring customers enjoy fresh, high-quality products and friendly, qualified service.

You’ll coach and develop your team, enforce OH&S; and food safety standards, manage budgets and scheduling, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and engaging customer experiences.
