As a Lumber Yard Associate, you will greet customers, understand their projects, recommend products, and load vehicles. You will identify lumber species, grades, dimensions, and common building materials while supporting yard operations. Training supports candidates without lumber or construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers within 60 seconds of arrival
- Recommend products using the Greet, Qualify, Recommend, Close approach
- Load products into customers’ vehicles
- Organize, label, and flat-stack yard inventory
- Maintain clean, safe, welcoming yard conditions

Requirements:
