Lead service operations at Toromont Cat’s Cote Gold Mine Site as a Service Supervisor overseeing technicians, work orders, and customer satisfaction. This is fly in fly out rotational work.
As Service Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction while serving as a liaison for corporate initiatives. You will coordinate shop service requirements, support secure work behaviours, and collaborate with operations and other departments. The role includes training technicians, reviewing financial details, and driving consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technicians and schedule work orders for shop productivity
- Promote customer satisfaction and follow up on repairs
- Train team members and administer performance evaluations
- Review quotes, invoices, warranties, claims, and redos
- Manage work in progress and contamination control
Requirements:
- Minimum post secondary education
- At least three years of supervisory experience
- Ability to support Health and Safety policies
- Ability to investigate accidents and near misses
- Willingness to work fly in fly out rotational schedules
