Canopy Growth seeks a Territory Manager responsible for assigned accounts, customer relationships, distribution growth, and brand engagement. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager while executing territory plans, supporting retailers, and translating consumer insights into sales strategies. This full time remote position requires independent field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee territory accounts and establish preferred customer partnerships
- Build brand recognition and community engagement across Durham Region
- Identify distribution opportunities and maximize profitable market share
- Lead education sessions for partners and retail stakeholders
- Maintain accurate account records and administrative data
Requirements:
- Five or more years in sales or account management
- Success meeting sales quotas and execution KPIs
- Comfort navigating data-driven environments and CRM systems
- Independent remote field sales experience
- Clean driver's abstract and willingness to travel
