Lead risk-related data delivery as a Scrum Master in Toronto, using Agile@Scale, Jira, and Confluence. Work hybrid, four days weekly in office.

This six-month contract supports a Data Platform maintenance and enhancement initiative within a financial institution. The Scrum Master leads delivery through exceptional leadership, strong communication, and effective problem solving. The work supports internal stakeholders and requires switching between Scrum and Kanban frameworks as needed. Candidates need five to seven years of overall experience, technology-focused Scrum knowledge, and a Computer Science or related degree. The contract runs Monday through Friday during core business hours, with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PI Planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies




- Switch between Scrum and Kanban frameworks as needed
- Lead and manage a 10 to 15 person team or Pod
- Form recent teams and begin sprinting with them
- Support Data business delivery through Agile practices

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of overall experience
- Strong technology-focused Scrum knowledge
- Agile@Scale knowledge for PI Planning and ceremonies
- Strong Jira and Confluence proficiency
- Computer Science or related field degree
