Deliver front-line customer service at APEX while managing CRM data and reception duties. Work in-office four days weekly, with one remote day.

As Customer Service Clerk and Receptionist, you will support APEX members and Canada’s federal public service executive community. You will answer inquiries, process membership and event transactions, maintain CRM records, and support office operations. The permanent, full time schedule runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer member inquiries by email, phone, and in person
- Provide technical support and escalate systemic issues
- Process registrations, cancellations, payments, and manual transactions
- Resolve duplicate CRM records and update contact information
- Welcome visitors and coordinate office access, mail, and deliveries

Requirements:

- Ability to provide timely, accurate customer support
- Ability to maintain accurate CRM and mailing-list information
- Ability to generate membership and event reports
- Ability to maintain organized office processes and supplies
- Availability for required in-office presence four days weekly

Support APEX members through customer service, CRM data processing, reception, and organized office administration.
