Coordinate high-volume recruitment for ISL using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft 365 across Calgary or Edmonton. Support hiring from posting through onboarding.
As ISL’s HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage recruitment coordination while supporting general HR administration and projects. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Business Services, and hiring managers across sixteen Western Canadian offices. Your work will keep requisitions moving and support a clear candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post approved roles across careers pages, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Screen applications and flag strong candidates for hiring managers
- Schedule interviews across managers, offices, and time zones
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and status updates
- Prepare offers,
coordinate onboarding details, and support HR projects
Requirements:
- One to five years’ recruitment coordination or HR administration experience
- Diploma or degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Strong organization managing high-volume roles, candidates, and shifting calendars
- Transparent written and verbal communication with candidates and senior leaders
- Microsoft 365, confidentiality, and applicant tracking system experience
