As a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will support multiple business areas. You will develop attraction strategies, represent CBC/Radio-Canada’s employer brand, and advise managers throughout full-cycle recruitment. The one-year temporary position requires English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide managers through each recruitment cycle stage
- Source qualified candidates through networks and targeted campaigns
- Maintain candidate and manager communication throughout recruitment
- Ensure compliance with policies, agreements,



and legislation
- Improve recruitment processes and represent the employer brand

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Five to seven years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Advanced English and French reading and speaking skills
- Strong communication, judgment, confidentiality, and relationship-building abilities
- Google, Office, and applicant tracking system proficiency
