about this team
We're looking for a Senior Product Education Copywriter to create clear, compelling, and on-brand product education content that helps guests understand, connect with, and get excited about our products. You are a strategic problem solver who takes initiative, confidently presents recommendations, and delivers high-quality work. Beyond writing, you are a trusted partner and subject matter expert who helps teams understand our products and mentors others to strengthen storytelling across the business.
