This temporary classification prepares Associates for a Team Leader role in manufacturing or logistics. Reporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, you will job shadow leaders, understand company policies, apply LEAN principles, and learn attendance tracking through HRIS. Key Responsibilities:

- Job shadow Team Leaders during departmental activities
- Observe and assist with production problem solving
- Help eliminate roadblocks affecting manufacturing production
- Study policies, ISO, and applicable legislation
- Apply LEAN principles, including 5S methodology

Requirements:

- High school diploma or four to five years’ relevant experience
- Minimum four years’ manufacturing workplace experience
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Ability to learn Microsoft Office and MRP systems
- Ability to teach others and learn new methods
