Nine Circles Community Health Centre in Winnipeg is hiring a Primary Care Nurse for the PIT STOP Program. The PCN will provide HIV/STBBI care, case management, and outreach across clinic, shelters, encampments, and client homes in a low-barrier, harm-reduction setting.
Self-motivated, cooperative with an interdisciplinary team, and able to build relationships with participants to provide in-the-moment HIV primary care and prevention services.
