This full time permanent representative role supports customers, suppliers, and Outside Sales through responsive service and organized sales administration. You will manage inquiries, recommend products, coordinate calls, monitor projects, and resolve issues while supporting counter coverage and branch operations. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, without weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build customer relationships through recommendations and timely issue resolution
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and returns
- Manage inquiries, calls, orders, and competing priorities
- Coordinate inventory, pricing,



sales activity, and customer needs
- Support counter coverage and warehouse operations when needed

Requirements:

- Three or more years of customer service experience
- Two or more years of electrical or lighting industry experience
- Product knowledge across E.B. Horsman & Son offerings
- Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic mathematical skills and respectful collaboration
