Working for Pearl Recruitment’s client, you will report to the Operations Manager within a small team. The work covers synthetic rope production, chain assembly, order preparation, and inspections. Training can be provided for suitable candidates without extensive splicing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read job cards, technical information, and engineered drawings
- Measure, cut, terminate, and splice synthetic rope products
- Assemble chain, rigging, anchoring, and buoyancy products
- Inspect finished products and report non-conformances
- Pack orders, coordinate freight, and operate forklifts

Requirements:

- Previous rope splicing, rigging, marine, or manufacturing experience
- Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, and solid communication skills
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Forklift or rigging licence, plus assessment eligibility
