Refrigerative Supply Limited seeks a VRF and Ductless Technical Support Representative for technical support and training. Apply ductless systems design knowledge, service experience, and troubleshooting skills across installation, maintenance, and repair requests. Collaborate with manufacturers, warranty teams, branch staff, contractors, and RSL technical support personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Track issues and maintain accurate service records
- Conduct jobsite visits and complete comprehensive reports
- Collect data for ductless unit replacement requests
- Provide transparent service-process and timeline communication
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of HVAC technical experience
- Journeyman certificate or equivalent required
- Excellent knowledge of ductless systems design and application
- Demonstrated HVAC troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel and use provided computer software
