Use SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate inventory as an Inventory Associate with Medline Canada in Calgary. This is an on-site, full time contract role.

Working Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, you will perform cycle counts, manage stock, and reconcile records. The role supports inventory accuracy through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and coordination with cross-functional teams. You will also create approvals, document activities, and follow GMP and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions
- Use SAP for inventory transactions and adjustments
- Manage blocked and released inventory during checks
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized work areas

Requirements:

- Availability for a 12-month contract assignment
- Availability Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Ability to use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to follow GMP and company procedures
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
