We’re looking for experienced Industrial Millwrights to join a growing team as the company expands into a new line of business
What You'll Do:
- Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, and power transmission systems.
- Maintain and repair pumps, fans, conveyors, and converting equipment.
- Fabricate parts using machine shop equipment, including lathes and grinders.
- Respond to planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe and effective production.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate and completion of trades school.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with fabrication and interpreting technical drawings.
- General knowledge of PLCs.
- Ability to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
- Pay: $46.34/hour
- Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour
- Schedule: 12-hour continental rotation (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Straight-shift opportunities may be available; however, candidates must be comfortable with continental shift rotation.
